My names Nicole Griffiths, I graduated from Cardiff metropolitan university in strength and conditioning rehabilitation and massage. During university I was fortunate to work with Newport county football club which allowed me to develop my massage and rehabilitation skills. I have also worked with a number of sporting clubs and have had the great opportunity to work for Ironman Wales.
