Introducing Jamie Hughes, who is part of the Gain Family.

Jamie Hughes is a Blackbelt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, and has 14 years of martial arts & competition experience in BJJ, Judo, MMA & Muay Thai.

A professional competitor, and also an instructor at Celtic Pride Martial Arts & the head coach of Celtic Pride BJJ Torfaen.

He has competed & trained around the world including the UK & Ireland, Europe, USA & Brazil, on events including Polaris, Grapplefest, World Championships, European Championships and Pan American Championships.

Jamie is multiple time IBJJF European Medalist at Blackbelt, the current British Champion at Blackbelt, a multiple time IBJJF Champion at Blackbelt.

He is a 4x British Champion, 5x Welsh Champion & 5x Irish Champion & also a multiple time Welsh Judo Medalist.

In addition to his BJJ & Judo, Jamie is also holds a very keen intro in Strength & Conditioning to supplement his training.
